Other Issues

Unusual and unexpected issues faced during project execution

The large diameter (10”) pipes for 25 bore dugwells have arrived within 3 weeks after placing the order. The construction team is engaged in conducting site selection procedures while the awareness team is continuing with awareness programs in schools and communities in the areas where dugwells are in operation.

Learnings

Knowledge of project and process for sharing

It is very important that the public health & engineering government offices of West Bengal make the detail map of pipeline with exact names of the villages and paras available to NGO's who are working in the area.
