Lots of delays and bad constructon, no real design document ...

The design of STP-4 was approved at the time of STP-1. Problems with STP-1 delayed the entire project and increased costs put the entire project on hold. Fundraising carried out in Sep 08 and the appointment of a new sub-committee has put project back on track.

However, the main project is STP-2 and STP-4 is a smaller extra.

The contractor used an old design and constructed STP-4. There was no design from the consultant who was surprised to see the actual construction during a visit in Oct 09.

Delays, poor construction, ...

System was not water proof ... had to redo twice.

Needed a new pipeline from resident whose sewage line was slightly low.
