The dugwell PW54 was constructed in 2007 that was funded by BPR. According to the monitoring report of June 2008 fifteen families (60 members) are using the dugwell in addition to a school that has 209 pupils. Please view the video, PWVD1, to hear Mrs. Shantona Das' testimony
