Title: PW74: Success in penetrating the thick layer of sand.

Description: Sand boiling at a depth of 14' -15' is a severe hindrance in deepening the dugwells manully hence during the dry season some dugwells would get dry or have low volume of water. The very first dug-cum-tube well has been implemented to overcome this problem

On 23rd Feb in the presence of hydrogeologist and geologists a trial to increase the depth of dugwells was executed. The depth of this dugwell is 21 feet. see below for detail discussion
