Unfortunately there was a typing mistake while entering the data. The total Project Costs as well as the funds applied for should be USD 10,020

Is this the project funded by BPR in 2004 and needed a small amount to complete? If so, this should be in the 2004 funding cycle (need to create that) and have the total reflect the amounts funded in 2004 and 2005.

no, it was a 2005 project...
maybe I made a mistake entering it as seperate project... phase 1 was the tank at the faith in christ school, phase 2 was this tank. The funds for this tank were requested and received in 2005

You are right that the funds were received in 2005. However, for the foundation paperwork we had budgeted phase2 in 2004. Since Safer Future was a new and unknown organization to us, we felt it too risky to fund the entire project.
Also, i believe even phase I went overbudget and we helped out to complete it.

Yes, the project was proposed and also funded in 2004. Phase1 (Faith in Christ) was finished beginning 2005 with the exception of the pump. Phase2 was started in the second half of 2005 and both tanks were finally finished January 2006
