WOTR Wins Prestigious Kyoto Water Prize

At the 5th World Water Forum, Marcella D'souza honored Kyoto World Water Grand Prize at 5th World Water Forum, Istanbul, Turkey Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR), was awarded the coveted Kyoto World Water Grand Prize.

WOTR has been one of the first and major partners of Blue Planet Run Foundation and a founding member and active participant in the Peer Water Exchange. PWX is proud that both the winners of the Kyoto World Water Prize: Gram Vikas in 2006 and WOTR in 2009 are active members. Their contributions have enriched PWX and will continue to strengthen the network and its efforts to change the direction of the water crisis.
