No-brainer

This review is clearly a formality, PWX would be honored for Arghyam and the India Water Portal to be part of its network. This is mainly to introduce the review process to Arghyam (the process for project applications is similar) and to introduce Arghyam to the other Indian organizations on the PWX platform.
