A new entry point for water projects in Ethiopia

After seeing how the R4C school projects operates, with the locals figuring out how to manage funds and the school, i am excited about exploring how R4C can initiate a water project that will lead to many more such projects.

However, at this point R4C may need to be an observer and use the network to define their initial water project better. Then they can apply for funding.
