With nearly 100 families and many homes under construction in LW, the water usage has gone up, but there is no idea of actual usage and leakage. A metering program that starts with the main unit and ends with individual usage is planned.

Narrative

An urban community that relies on an apparently abundant supply of groundwater is concerned about water use.

This project seeks to show actual usage and lead to a payment model.
