    PW218- the land donated by Manash Tarafdar now has a dug well constructed and ready for usage within few days. The marble slab has been put up.

    Construction is complete two months ago but still the marble plate, acknowledging sponsors, is not placed yet. Now 10 families use this water for other purposes other than drinking and cooking. photo will be uploaded soon.

    Operating Status:

    Village meeting of a site at Swarupnagar is done today. The land donor of the well site is Mr. Manash Tarafder. 32 people attended the meeting from the community. Before construction of the bore-dugwell this meeting is held to explain about the pros and cons of the bore-dugwell water mainly that the maintenance to be done by the user families. Construction will start in 2-3 days.
