    Overdue Projects

    OVERDUE PROJECT
Following the dramatic criminal incidence, that affected the completion of the Rainwater harvesting Tanks in Magbontoso, Mile 38, Mamama and Makandeh, a proposal for the completion of the tanks was funded.
With the funded amount, the balance materials were purchased for the completion of the tanks construction.
All necessary finishing touches in regard to the completion of tanks were done accordingly in all RWHT projects in the 4 (four) communities.
The tanks will have to benefit the pupils and teachers in the different schools. They will also have to benefit other community people leaving in these communities.
Detail report with pictures including income and expenditure analysis will also be uploaded in each of the RWHT projects document accordingly.
It is believed that with the completion of the Rainwater harvesting tanks (RWHT) will now have clean drinking water and reduce the rate of sicknesses form contaminated water.
A committee has been set up to manage all finances for the proper repairs and maintenance of the tanks from the minimal beneficiaries’ contribution.
The water collectors in Makandeh are yet to be fixed to the tank since the roof and even the structure are in a very bad condition.
Attached here are pictures of completed tanks and an expenditure analysis of funds approved for overdue projects.

As soon as the funds reached our account we started furthering the construction of the tanks immediately. By now the construction work is complete, only some minor tasks like cleaning the inside of the tanks and fixing the pump heads are left to do.
