Member Profile: RIDS Charitable Trust

We introduced ourselves as a Non-Govt. Non-profit voluntary organization RIDS CHARITABLE TRUST working in the field of socio-economic up-gradation of under privilege since the inception of our society.
Our ongoing activities are Rural Education, Natural Farming, Rain Water Conservation in Betkur Village, KGF Taluk, Kolar Dist. Karnataka.

We Stared to work on water projects form 2020. Our first project is of recharging of 2 Tube wells. A farm pond for collecting Rain Water with a capacity of approx 2.55 lakhs liters of water. The farm pond is left naturally for water to percolate and recharge the nearby borewells.

Rids focuses on rural segments and aims at providing support to the needy and underprivileged in the villages and remote areas especially for women, children, and farming activities. Working towards awareness, decent education & Sustainable communities.
