Rajesh presented Water Thinking! to set the stage for creating social businesses in the 'Access to Water' focus group. The focus group was facilitated by August Ilg, the Executive Director of
Andheri-Hilfe, Rajesh described the characteristics of a social business using the Water Thinking! mindset.
The Peer Water Exchange is a non-profit, with the characteristics of a social business, and the first social development exchange in the making.
Rajesh described how PWX came about using several strengths of business while leaving many drawbacks behind. Attending the session in a carbon-friendly way using Skype video conferencing, Rajesh created a set of characteristics of what a social business should have.
