Narrative
We divided the city into 90 1km x 1km squares. In each square an open well was chosen whose water level is monitored monthly.

Spent the day with Dr. Sekhar and Venkat.
Got an understanding of the project activities with Venkat, including his mobile situation and home dsl line. Went over the PWX (dev) mobile app in detail and Venkat showed how the pre-release version had a bug with photos and we discovered a way to use gps to help identify wells faster.
